After her heart is repeatedly broken, she decides that if she cannot find a friend… she will “make” one.

It’s also quite clever, using the curse of the werewolf as a metaphor for puberty and female sexuality. It’s about two death-obsessed teenage sisters whose worlds are rocked when one is bitten by a werewolf and slowly begins to transform over the following month.

In the storyline, Stella and pals had to save Gale, an ex-friend of theirs, from the pigs’ corrupt ideas, while Gale got more absorbed into manipulating her old friends to do her evil bidding.

Before the abomination that is Angry Birds 2 and the like came out, Stella the pink bird had her own, mostly-female squad of birds to lead in their own game. I loved its vibes and its music, but what did I love more than anything about that game? The fact that these new birds had better powers. It was still very, very challenging, but I really liked the use of strong heroines. Sure, they weren’t furious all the time like the OG’s, but I loved to see them express more emotions in addition to anger.

When I was younger, I’d rush home after school, excited to pop some piggies on Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, the Lunar New Year- almost any holiday you can think of was featured in a set of themed Angry Birds levels in Seasons. I adored the fact that the theme music and menu background changed every time you finished a certain level from a specific set.
